Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a part-time Residential Support Worker to support children and young people in Benecare. The role focuses on creating a warm, safe home, building strong relationships, and assisting with daily routines and care plans within a nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with children and young people, a passion for their wellbeing, and a Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People\'s Residential Care, with a driving licence preferred.
Children's Residential Support Worker
Hours: Part-Time, 30 hours(including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)
Salary: Salary of £20,623.20 plus to an additional £4230 per year for sleep-ins (dependent on the number of sleep-ins completed).
