Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support children and young people in our Silver Birch Care Homes across the UK. The role includes creating a warm, safe environment, building relationships, and assisting with daily routines and care plans.

Hours: Full-time - 40 Hours (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)

Salary:£32,240 per annum, plus up to an additional £8,460 per year for sleep-ins (dependent on the number of sleep-ins completed)

About the Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
