Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker in Benecare to support young people in a safe, nurturing home. You will help them develop essential life skills, build confidence, and promote independence through daily activities and structured routines.

Your role includes maintaining records, supporting care plans, and contributing to a caring team environment. A full UK driving licence is preferred and there are funded qualifications and development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children and young people is preferred.
  • Willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification if not yet achieved.
  • Positive, resilient and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, safe and supportive environment for young people.
  • Build positive relationships and support daily routines.
  • Assist with care plans and maintain accurate records and reports.

Children's Residential Care Worker
Hours: 40 hours per week/33 hours per week/30 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)
Pay: £13.22 per hour + £70.50 per sleep-in

About the Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with children and young people (preferred)
