Job summary

Brook Street is hiring a Residential Support Worker to assist children and young people aged 7-18 with complex needs. The role offers a 36 or 48 hour contract with 12-hour shifts, a salary between £26,208 and £34,944 per year, and £55 sleep-in payments.

You will provide a stable, caring home environment and support routines and positive behaviours. The successful candidate will help young people gain independence, develop skills, and achieve positive outcomes within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people is desirable, but applications from compassionate individuals with transferable care experience are welcome.
