Action for Children is hiring a Residential Support Worker for Monksfield in Hexham. The role supports children with learning difficulties and complex health needs through daily routines, personal care, play and learning. You will work across mornings, evenings, nights and sleep-ins in a warm, therapeutic setting.

You will complete risk assessments, contribute to care plans and advocate for each child, liaising with families and professionals to deliver consistent, high‑quality care.
