Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking a dedicated Children’s Residential Support Worker in Hexham. The role provides therapeutic placements for young people, with 2:1 support focus and flexible shifts including waking nights and occasional sleep-ins.

You will engage in outdoor activities as part of a specialist team. Candidates with trauma experience and enhanced DBS are encouraged to apply, with training and progression opportunities within a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in children's residential care, including trauma or crisis behaviours.
• Up-to-date mandatory training; Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is a plus.
• Right to work in the UK and enhanced DBS in children's barred list (or willing to apply).
