Devon County Council is hiring a Residential Support Worker for our Children’s Homes in Tiverton. You will support children and young people with complex needs, helping them to achieve personal goals and to live in a home-from-home environment.

The role is 37 hours per week with shifts including early mornings, late evenings and weekends. A UK driving licence is desirable and a DBS check will be required. Enhanced pay for unsocial hours is available up to £4,000 per year.

Qualificações

• Experience working with young people with complex needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
• GCSE level numeracy and literacy required.
• First Aid Certificate required; short relevant courses beneficial.
