Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking genuine, hands-on Bank Support Workers for our Barton upon Humber service. You’ll help people gain independence, assist with personal care and daily activities, and work within a busy, supportive team to enable community engagement and meaningful activities.

Shifts include early mornings and long days, with a focus on wellbeing, safety and dignity. DBS checks and reflective practice are part of our standard approach to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism and trauma.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in daily life.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Encourage access to local communities and activities.
• Support with life skills and social activities in group settings.
