Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking caring Support Workers for our Barton upon Humber residential service. You will help people gain independence in daily living activities, and work within a friendly team to enhance quality of life.

We value hands-on support, flexible approach, and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals in the local community. DBS checks are required for all applicants, and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support and reflective practice is preferred.
• Experience supporting adults with enhanced care needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain independence in daily living activities.
• Support individuals in community engagement and local outings.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines within a residential setting.
• Work as part of a friendly team to deliver person-centered care.
