Job summary

Voyage Care in Burton upon Trent is seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to help people gain independence and quality of life. You’ll work within a supported living service, teaching life skills, assisting with personal care and encouraging community involvement across varied activities.

We welcome caring, resilient individuals with experience in Positive Behaviour Support plans and trauma-informed approaches. DBS Checks and references will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles is beneficial.
• Ability to follow Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
