Hansel Foundation is seeking Support Workers for Crail & Wilson Residential Small Group Living Service in Symington. You will provide person-centred care, support daily living activities, and enable residents to live independently with dignity.

Join a committed team delivering holistic care for individuals with diverse needs, including learning disabilities and autism. The role includes day and night shifts, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers with full induction and ongoing training.

Formación

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team players with a positive, problem-solving attitude.

• Basic IT skills and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Must be 18+ (insurance requirement)
