Job summary

Hansel Alliance in Ayrshire is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our Supported Living and Respite services in Broadmeadows, Symington and surrounding areas. You will support people with learning disabilities, participate in team shifts, and help residents live independent, meaningful lives while following PVG requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
• Collaborate with the care team to create safe, empowering environments.
• Assist with accessing community activities and social opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with PVG safeguarding and regulatory requirements.

Salary: £13.45 per hour + Benefits

Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available

A driving licence is required for some roles. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, and sleepovers, is essential.

These roles involve Regulated Work with Adults under the PVG (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful candidates must join the PVG Scheme or complete a Scheme Record Update before employment.
