Job summary

Hansel Foundation is seeking a Sessional Support Worker for The Courtyard, a residential service in Broadmeadows, Symington. You will support residents with learning disabilities and health care needs, helping them live their lives with choice and inclusion.

The role offers day, evening and night shifts on a sessional basis, requiring compassionate communication, basic IT skills, and a commitment to person-centred care.
