Job summary

The Bleep 360 Group Limited is hiring a Residential Support Practitioner for Children's Services in the UK. The role focuses on providing safe, nurturing care for children aged 7–17, with trauma-informed support and a home-like environment.

Salary is £13.50–£14.00 per hour DOE plus a £50 sleep-in bonus, with enhancements for overtime and bank holidays. You will join a dynamic, supportive team across the Southwest and other regions, with opportunities for professional development and funded

• Willingness to work a varied rota (including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins).
• Full UK driving licence.

Who You Are:
