Bleep 360 Group is hiring a Residential Support Practitioner for Children’s Services. The role offers £13.50–£14.00 per hour (DOE) plus a £50 sleep-in bonus and enhanced overtime/bank holiday rates.

You will support 7–17-year-olds in a home environment, building trust, promoting routines, and safeguarding. A full UK driving licence and flexibility across shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Willingness to work a varied rota including sleep-ins.
