Job summary

Empower Residentials is hiring for a full-time, permanent role with 2 days on and 4 days off (48-hour shifts with sleep-ins). The salary ranges from £32,425 to £34,501 per year, based on a 162-hour month including sleep-ins.

You will support children in safe, nurturing homes and help them build resilience, independence and life skills. We look for calm, patient, and resilient individuals who want to make a genuine difference and are committed to safeguarding children.

• Level 4 CYPF or willingness to work towards this.

£32,425 to £34,501 per year (Based on an average of 162 hours per month and inclusive of 10 sleep-ins)
