Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Care Worker to support young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence and essential life skills. You will play a key role in providing a warm, safe environment and in implementing care plans and daily routines.

The role offers progression opportunities, funded qualifications, and ongoing development through structured programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people (preferred).
• A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people.
• Level 3 in Children & Young People’s Residential Care (or willingness to work towards).
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

Location:The Beeches UK

Hours:40 hours per week (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)

Salary: £27,497 per annum

Sleep-in Pay:Up to £700 per month (dependent on sleep-ins worked)

Overtime:Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) once the minimum 40 hours are worked
