We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join an experienced and supportive team in our beautiful, custom designed home in Widnes Here we support 4 adults with autism and learning disabilities.
Rewards / Benefits -
The hourly rate for this role is £12.00, this will increase to £12.50 per hour when qualified. We have different shift patterns available and everyone is required to work 1 sleep shift per week.

As a Residential Support worker, you will be providing the best care and support for our young people in their daily routines including varied activities in their local community and access to education.

Requirements
Experience as a carer would be great but full training and induction is provided
Driver's licence is a real advantage to help take our people on great days out. Be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging
Be keen to develop yourself through experience, training and qualifications
