We are seeking motivated individuals to support 5 children with autism and learning disabilities in a large, detached house in Widnes.

Support Worker Salary - £31,049.37 per annum (this salary includes completing 1 sleep-in shift per week). The hourly rate for this role is £12.60, increasing to £13.15 for those with the relevant qualification.

As a Support Worker, you will provide the highest standards of care to the children, understand their needs, plan activities, and support them to succeed in living their best lives. You will work on a rota pattern that is communicated in advance to help you plan your work-life balance. Your shifts will include full day shifts (14 hours) and some sleep-in shifts overnight at the home.

Requirements

Experience as a carer is beneficial but not essential, as full training and induction are provided. We encourage applications from all interested individuals, regardless of experience.

Having a driver’s licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
