SGS Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join their children's home in Stoke-on-Trent. The role involves supporting vulnerable children aged 8-18, assisting them in daily activities, and providing a nurturing environment. Job Title: Residential Support Worker
Location: Brown Edge, Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £29,196 inclusive of sleeps
Working Hour: 37.5
Hourly Rate: £12.31 p/h
Number of Sleeps Required: 8 for full-time, 6 for part-time (within a 4-week rolling rota)
Pay Per Sleep: £50
Sponsorship: NOT available.
UK valid Driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.
MUST have experience with vulnerable children in a residential setting.
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs, aged 8-18, EBD (with provision for mild LD if needs can be met)
Home; Number of Beds: 3-bed capacity
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (preferred, but support available to obtain)
