Job summary

A leading children's services organization in Pontefract is seeking Residential Childcare Support Workers to support young people aged 8-18. Staff will engage in activities, build trusting relationships, and provide a stable environment for growth. Candidates need a genuine desire to support youth and must be flexible with shift patterns. Job description

Location:Pontefract (with services inPontefract, Wakefield, Eggborough and Barnsley we currently have vacancies throughout)

Specific Hours: 20 hours per week

• Unqualified: Base salary of £13,208 with the potential to earn up to a total of £15,908 with sleep in shifts
• Qualified (full diploma Level 3 qualified or equivalent): Base salary of £13,488.80 with the potential to earn up to a total of £16,188.80 with sleep in shifts.
