Job summary

Dove Adolescent Services is seeking Residential Childcare Support Workers to provide safe, nurturing care for young people aged 8-18 across Yorkshire. You will support personalised care within a stable home, building positive relationships and promoting independence.

The role includes flexible shifts, weekend work, and sleep-ins. Training is provided to attain Level 3 Diploma or Level 4 Apprenticeship, with benefits including pension, discounts, and a generous refer-a-friend bonus.

Residential Support Worker

Base Location: With services in Pontefract, Wakefield, Eggborough and Barnsley we currently have vacancies throughout

Contract Type: Part time, permanent

Specific Hours: 30 hours per week

Salary

• Unqualified: Base salary of £20,604.47 pro rata (based on £26,785.82 FTE), with the potential to earn up to £24,924.47 with sleep-in shifts.
• Qualified (Level 3 Diploma or equivalent): Base salary of £21,037.30 pro rata (based on £27,355.29 FTE), with the potential to earn up to £25,357.30 with sleep-in shifts.
