Universal Care Group in the Midlands is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker for our Transitional Young People\'s service (16-24) based in Nuneaton. You will help young people experience childhood and adolescence while building self-esteem and preparing for adulthood.
You will facilitate activities, support health and wellbeing, supervise as needed, and assist with daily living tasks, including cooking, cleaning and paperwork.
As a group, we specialise in supporting Children and Young people with a wide range of support areas relating to health diagnosis and behavioural, emotional and social difficulties and we are currently looking to grow our Residential Support Worker team within our Transitional Young People's service 16-24 based in Nuneaton.

Working hours are 7.30am - 7:30pm Days or 19.30pm - 07.30am Nights ( 12 hour shifts)
