Job summary

Vetro Recruitment is assisting a leading residential childcare provider near Yarnton to recruit a Residential Support Worker. You will care for children aged 8-18 on a rotating rota, including long days and sleep-ins, to support their wellbeing and development.

No formal qualifications are required, but a passion for safeguarding, a valid UK driving licence, an enhanced DBS, and commitment to welfare are essential. Full training and progression opportunities are provided in a supportive team.

Salary: £31,493 to £34,495 ( Inclusive of sleep-ins)

Our client, a leading provider of residential childcare services, is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join their team near Yarnton. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties to thrive.
