Universal Care Group in Walsall is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker for our Transitional Young People’s service for ages 16-24. You will help young people experience everyday life, build self-esteem and support their journey into adulthood while safeguarding their health and wellbeing.
You will assist with daily living activities, plan activities, manage paperwork, and write reports. Shifts are 12 hours, 7.30am–7.30pm days or 7.30pm–7.30am nights, with a supportive team and on-site

Working hours are 7.30am - 7:30pm Days or 19.30pm - 07.30am Nights ( 12 hour shifts)
