Confidential in South Croydon, London is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join the team. You will support children and young people with challenging behaviours, working closely with management to ensure their best interests are met.

The role offers a salary up to £31,000 per year with potential overtime and no sleep-ins, plus a range of development and benefits as part of a growing organisation.

Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Salary: Up to 31,000 per annum (plus opportunity for overtime, NO SLEEP INS)

My client is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience at Residential Support Worker Level (Essential)
• Must have worked with children/young people who are supported with emotional and behavioural needs (Essential)
• Must hold Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Essential)
