The College caters to young people and adults with additional learning needs and complex behaviors. We are expanding our 52-week care placements and are seeking committed, resilient, empathetic, and engaging youth support workers. These roles involve delivering positive behavior support, empowering young people, and helping them develop self-regulation skills and lifelong independence.
As a vital part of dedicated teams, you will help children learn and develop essential life skills. No special qualifications are needed, but a passion for helping children is essential.

We are looking for Qualified Support Workers who are:
Driving License: Preferable—manual or automatic.
We provide a fully supported 6-month probationary period with mentorship and support to help you start your career at Dilston College.
We also offer a free Level 3 RQF Child and Young Person's Workforce qualification.
Safeguarding: Cambian will conduct online searches of shortlisted candidates as part of safeguarding checks. These searches are to ensure suitability to work with children and will be conducted by a panel member to avoid bias. Relevant information will only be shared if necessary and appropriate.
