Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker
Salary: £29,919 to £32,312 (including sleep-in allowance)

Shift Pattern: Condensed shifts of two days on and 4 days off, including sleep-ins, on a set rolling rota.

Main Responsibilities: Providing emotional support, engaging children in routines, cooking, sports, arts, relaxation, and personal care activities. Working within a small team of six, with support from managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Key Qualities: Candidates should have some experience working with children or in a care capacity, be enthusiastic and energetic, and align with our core values. The role offers a work-life balance with a condensed rota and sleep-ins, typically 10-11 days per month. Candidates should be willing to work towards or already possess a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent. All roles are subject to DBS checks and proof of identity.
