Roxanne in the Coventry/Nuneaton area is recruiting a Residential Support Worker for our Transitional Young People’s service (16-24). You will support young people to experience adolescence, build self-esteem, and prepare for adulthood.
You will facilitate activities, assist with daily living, monitor health, and work with the team to safeguard and promote wellbeing. 12-hour shifts, day and night options available.
As a group, we specialise in supporting Children and Young people with a wide range of support areas relating to health diagnosis and behavioural, emotional and social difficulties and we are currently looking to grow our Residential Support Worker team within our Transitional Young People’s service 16-24 based in Nuneaton.

Working hours are 7.30am - 7:30pm Days or 19.30pm - 07.30am Nights ( 12 hour shifts)
