Universal Care Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker for our Transitional Young People’s service (16-24) in Birmingham. You will support young people with health diagnoses and behavioural, emotional and social needs, helping them access activities and daily living.
You will work 12-hour shifts (7:30–19:30 or 19:30–07:30), build positive relationships, administer medication as required, and collaborate with the team to maintain safety and wellbeing.
