You'll help develop life skills, support daily routines, and collaborate with families and professionals to deliver positive outcomes. We offer induction and training, career progression, and a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifikationen

• Flexibility to work a rota including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Participate in shift work, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, child-centred care and support to children and young people.
• Build positive, trusting relationships that promote emotional wellbeing and personal development.
• Support children with their daily routines, education, hobbies and independence skills.
• Encourage participation in social, recreational and community activities.
• Promote positive behaviour using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.
• Safeguard and protect children at all times, following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily records, reports and documentation.
• Support with household tasks to create a clean, safe and welcoming home environment.
• Administer medication where trained and authorised.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for each child.
• Participate in shift work, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins as required.
