Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Site Manager for a permanent role in the Reigate area. You will oversee bespoke new build and refurbishment projects on site, lead toolbox talks, supervise labour, and ensure quality and programme delivery.

The position requires CSCS/SMSTS and a hands-on, team-focused approach. The salary range is £45,000–£60,000 plus Vehicle Allowance, Bonus, Training, and progression opportunities as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Residential or commercial site management experience required.
• CSCS and SMSTS certifications required.
• Presentable, personable and strong team player.
• Commutable distance to project near Reigate, Surrey.

Responsibilities

• Site Manager on bespoke new build and refurbishment residential projects.
• Toolbox talks, day-to-day site supervision, quality control and labour management.
• Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure programme delivery.
