Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a committed Registered Service Manager to lead a residential service near Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

You will oversee care for adults with diverse needs, ensuring a safe, person-centred environment and compliance with CQC and health & safety standards. The role requires NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, strong leadership, budget management, and the ability to develop your team.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience leading a residential care team is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, and inclusion.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to maintain high standards and achieve service success.
• Ensure the home meets all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health & safety, and licensing.
• Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice.
• Develop your team through training, motivation, and support, promoting professional growth and high-quality care.

Job description

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Service Manager to manage an exceptional residential service based in the Dewsbury, West Yorkshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This is a fantastic residential service located close to Dewsbury town centre. It provides support for adult males and females with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. The service offers a safe and supportive environment where individuals can receive care tailored to their needs

As a Manager your key responsibilities include:

• Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strong leadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, and inclusion
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to maintain high standards and achieve service success
• Ensure the home meets all legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, health & safety, and licensing

**To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care**

The successful Manager will receive an excellent salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum - Pay frequency is monthly. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
