Johnson Controls is recruiting Customer Solutions Technicians to install and commission security systems at residential premises in the UK. The role includes intruder alarms, CCTV, doorbells and access control, with full paid training and a company van, uniform and tools.

You will deliver high-quality customer service, develop product knowledge and promote the Johnson Controls brand. A driving license and ability to work at height are essential, with a focus on safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driver’s license.
• Ability to carry and climb ladders and work at height.
• Practical skills with hand and power tools.
• Safely and responsibly to avoid injuries and to dispose of equipment properly.
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work alone or in a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiar with smartphones/tablets/PCs.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission intruder alarms, CCTV, doorbells and access control systems at residential premises.
• Provide high standard of customer service and build relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote Johnson Controls values.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, expenses, and timesheets.
• Be reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
