The role focuses on Horsforth and surrounding areas, offering a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission and clear career progression within a well-established Leeds brand. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sales Valuer or similar estate agency role.
• Track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Excellent knowledge of the residential sales market.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential valuations and market appraisals in Horsforth and surrounding areas.
• Build relationships with prospective vendors and advise on pricing strategies.
• Secure instructions and achieve valuation conversion targets.
• Prepare accurate valuations using comparable evidence and local market knowledge.
• Follow up valuation appointments and nurture potential clients through the sales process.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals and database activity.
• Work closely with Sales Negotiators to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Identify opportunities to promote mortgage and conveyancing referrals.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to maximise business opportunities.
