Inside Talent in Chelmsford is seeking a professional Residential Lettings Valuer to join a busy team. You will conduct market appraisals, advise landlords on marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships while delivering outstanding service.

With at least two years of lettings experience, you should be organised, detail‑oriented and capable of working under pressure both independently and as part of a team.

Working within a busy and collaborative Residential Lettings team, we are looking for a professional, personable and motivated person to join our team as a Residential Lettings Valuer.

The successful candidate will be expected to work at the highest standard and be committed to delivering outstanding customer service to both tenants and landlords. Previous experience is preferred and knowledge of the local area would be a distinct advantage.

• Conduct market appraisals in our client’s homes, offering market leading professional advice
• Advise potential clients on marketing strategies and tools available

9:00am to 5:30pm Monday – Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm. Where a Saturday is worked a weekday will be given in lieu.
