Job summary

Ambiris Recruitment is seeking a Sales and Lettings Valuer for Congleton. This hybrid role focuses on generating sales and lettings appraisals, winning new instructions, and growing the portfolio.

You will benefit from a basic salary up to £35,000 DOE plus commissions, car allowance, performance bonus, and profit sharing after 12 months. Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with hybrid working and 20 days leave.

Qualifications

• Sales and lettings experience with a target-driven mindset.
• Experience growing portfolios and landlord networks.
• Knowledge of property industry and current legislation changes.
• Valuation experience for Sales and Lettings.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate and conduct sales and lettings appraisals and listings.
• Win new instructions on properties.
• Develop portfolio through business development strategies.
• Leverage local market knowledge and networking.
• Cross-sell services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance).
• Lead office and team to maintain high customer service standards.

Over the past decade, this well established, independent property firm have provided a full 360 lettings property management service across the Manchester area.

They have a team of experts in sales, lettings and property management, which are continuing to expand, and as such, they’re looking for a Sales and Lettings Valuer to grow, develop and make a real impact within the company.

• Increase portfolio through business development strategies
• Local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Managing office and team members to maintain excellent customer service standards

What you’ll have
