• Progress property sales from offer through to exchange and completion.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers regularly.
• Monitor sales pipelines and chase outstanding information and documentation.
• Provide regular updates to clients and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
• Handle incoming calls and provide general office administration.
• Support colleagues with sales, lettings and other property-related tasks.
• Build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
