Job summary

Connells Group in Bedminster, Bristol, is seeking a Residential Sales Manager / Lister to drive new instructions, list properties and deliver top-quality client service. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, both in person and on the phone, while maximizing chances to book appointments for our Mortgage Advisors.

The role offers an excellent OTE of £45k-£60k with uncapped commission, industry-leading training, and a clear career pathway within Connells Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency roles such as Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Demonstrates outstanding customer care and service.
• Resilient, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate with MS Office, internet and email usage.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
