Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join our Barnard Marcus estate agency team in Croydon. You will win new instructions and list properties, while delivering exceptional customer service to clients face-to-face and over the phone.

You will build strong relationships with clients and support Mortgage Advisors, with industry-leading training and clear career progression within Connells Group.

Qualifications

• Previous estate agency experience (Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator).
• Confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
