Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment in Witney is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager / Lister to support the Sales Manager with valuations, instructions and day-to-day running of the residential sales operation.

The successful candidate will have strong listing and valuation skills, excellent customer service and business development abilities, and will play a key role in securing new instructions and achieving local sales targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Lister or Assistant Sales Manager level.
Strong track record of winning new business and securing sales instructions.
Proficient in property valuations and market appraisals.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market appraisals and secure new residential sales instructions.
Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, valuations and existing client relationships.
Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the sales department.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.
Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
Support the wider sales team, helping to achieve branch targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
