Worth Recruiting is seeking a Sales Valuer / Lister for a respected independent estate agency with offices across the Epsom area. You will value homes, win instructions and drive new business in the local market.

The role focuses on building vendor relationships, advising on pricing strategies, and contributing to revenue growth. A five-day week with uncapped commission and OTE £70,000 per annum awaits a confident property professional.

Qualifications

Proven success within residential estate agency sales.
Strong track record of valuing properties and winning instructions.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident, professional, and persuasive approach.
Good knowledge of the local property market.
Target-driven with strong commercial awareness.
Skilled negotiator with a proven ability to close business.
Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations.
Winning new instructions and increasing market share across the local area.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
Advising clients on pricing strategies and current market conditions.
Working closely with the sales team to maximise instruction conversion and sales progression.
Monitoring local market activity and identifying new business opportunities.
