Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment in Witney is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager / Lister to support the Sales Manager with valuations, instructions and day-to-day running of the residential sales operation.

The successful candidate will have strong listing and valuation skills, excellent customer service and business development abilities, and will play a key role in securing new instructions and achieving local sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential estate agency at Senior Negotiator, Lister or Assistant Sales Manager level.
• Strong track record of winning new business and securing sales instructions.
• Proficient in property valuations and market appraisals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market appraisals and secure new residential sales instructions.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, valuations and existing client relationships.
• Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the sales department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients.
• Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.
• Support the wider sales team, helping to achieve branch targets and maintain high levels of customer service.

An experienced Assistant Sales Manager / Lister is required to join an independent property business in the Witney, supporting the Sales Manager with valuations, instructions and the day-to-day running of the residential sales operation.

Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.

• Strong knowledge of the residential sales process from instruction through to completion
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Good local knowledge of Witney and the surrounding Oxfordshire area
