Qualifications

• Experience as Building Surveyor, Repairs Surveyor, Property Inspector or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of building pathology, defects and remedial repair methods.
• Practical experience diagnosing damp, mould and condensation, including root causes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties to identify defects and determine remedial works.
