Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Residential Registered Manager for a children’s residential home in the Slyne, Lancaster area. You will lead safeguarding, manage day-to-day operations, and drive improvements to deliver high-quality, child-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe and nurturing care for children and young people in the home.
• Hold overall accountability for safeguarding and promoting welfare of the child, and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Provide strong leadership, mentor staff, plan shifts, and ensure care plans and safeguarding procedures are implemented.
