Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Business Development Consultant for the South Coast patch including Bournemouth, Southampton and Dorset. The role focuses on sourcing and expanding new business for OnTheMarket product suites while maintaining productive client relationships.

You will operate within a collaborative sales team, traveling to meet clients, presenting solutions, and negotiating terms to help CoStar become the UK's leading residential property portal partner.

Qualifications

• Experience selling online marketplaces, portals or B2B environments.
• Proven track record of growing and retaining client accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and objection handling.
• Strong organisational skills and metrics-driven approach.
• Consultative selling style with account management techniques.
• Ability to navigate large organisations and identify decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business for OTM products and services.
• Understand the OTM product suite to meet customer needs.
• Identify and contact potential clients; build relationships.
• Meet with clients in person to pitch offerings and close deals.
• Negotiate terms and manage risks with senior team members.
• Represent OTM at industry events and network with property professionals.
