CoStar Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant for OnTheMarket, aiming to become the UK’s number 1 residential property portal. You’ll manage and grow your client base, train and retain customers on the full OTM product suite, and collaborate within a driven sales team on an entrepreneurial journey.

You will source new leads, present solutions, and negotiate terms, while attending industry events and expanding relationships with property professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of sales success and growing client bases.
• Ability to maintain and grow clients over medium to long term with excellent service.
• Outstanding communication, presentation and objection handling with confidence to propose complex solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work to metrics effectively.

Aufgaben

• Develop growth through sourcing, generating and building new business for OTM.
• Understand the OTM suite and align to customer needs.
• Identify new sales leads and contact potential clients.
• Meet with clients in person to present offerings.
• Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients.
• Work with senior team to manage risks and communicate results.
• Build strong communication and product knowledge to pitch to clients.
• Represent OTM at industry events and network with property professionals.
