Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Business Development Consultant for the London market, focusing on Patch areas Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. You will drive new business, manage client relationships and represent OnTheMarket within the CoStar Group ecosystem.

You will work with a collaborative sales team, negotiate terms, and travel to meet clients and industry stakeholders. A proven sales background in marketplaces or B2B environments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling online marketplaces or similar B2B platforms.
• Ability to grow and nurture client relationships over time.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business for OTM via sources and outreach.
• Understand the OTM product suite to meet client needs.
• Identify and contact potential clients; meet in person when possible.
• Negotiate terms and manage client relationships to growth.
• Represent OTM at industry events and network with property professionals.
