Size Group Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its permanent team in the UK. You will take ownership of the commercial management of our projects, ensuring robust financial control from start to finish.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will prepare cost plans, evaluate change events, manage subcontractor procurement and maintain risk registers while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Minimum of three years’ experience in quantity surveying.
• Experience with a main contractor desirable.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contract forms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the commercial management of our projects.
• Prepare and review cost plans and tender documentation.
• Evaluate change events and manage risk.
• Lead on cost forecasting, reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and performance.
• Produce monthly valuations and maintain the risk and opportunity registers.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
