Bellway is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Southern Counties Division in Redhill. You will manage budgets, cost-to-complete actions, sub-contract payments, and final accounts across developments, while attending pre-order and project review meetings with senior management and external contractors.

The role requires on-site work with travel to sites, and collaboration with commercial and sales teams. A CSCS card is desirable, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Surveyor with a residential house builder.
• CSCS card desirable
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Produce budgets and cost to complete assessments for each site.
• Administer sub-contract payments, orders, and final accounts.
• Attend meetings with management, construction teams, and contractors.
• Manage on-site sub-contract orders and travel to development sites as required.
• Assist with material buying and with land appraisals take-offs.
